Return & Exchange Policy
At Blessed Youth Clothing, we carefully check all orders before shipping.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are ONLY accepted if the error is on our part.
Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order ONLY if you received any of the following due to our mistake:
- Wrong item
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Item with factory defect or damage upon receipt
As long as Blessed Youth Clothing is at fault, your request will be considered eligible.
Conditions for Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached
- Request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange
The following are NOT eligible:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sale or promotional items
- Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at blessedyouthclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation
- Our team will review and send further instructions if approved
Shipping
- If the return or exchange is approved and the error is ours, we will shoulder the shipping cost
- If the issue is not due to our error, the request will be declined
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement
- Refunds will be sent to preferred payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is verified

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
